Application instructions:
1. Select the appropriate form based on your age category (adult or youth)
2. Download the fillable PDF to your computer
3. Complete all required fields within the document
4. Send the completed file to Mohammad Zahed via email at [email protected] or deliver it in person at the Genesis Centre lower level front desk
5. If you possess a police check, kindly include it. Otherwise, we will initiate a check later in the application process
Note: The volunteer coordinator will contact applicants at their earliest convenience regarding the opportunity. However, some individuals may be placed on a waitlist based on the availability of positions.
